📨Director’s Letter: Safeguarding Fair Play and Our Roadmap for “CoinMusme Dream Race!” (Ikeda, Development Director)

2025.09.25

Director’s Letter from Development Director Ikeda — an update on operations, policies, and upcoming improvements for “CoinMusme Dream Race!”.

This letter concerns the blockchain game “CoinMusme Dream Race!” operated by Eureka Entertainment Ltd. (Chief Executive Officer: Takuya Tsuji). I am Ikeda, the Development Director. Roughly six months have passed since launch. To clearly explain the background, intent, and implications of our recent measures, we will publish regular “Director’s Letters.” Today’s letter provides full context on the recent emergency maintenances, temporary restrictions around withdrawals (cash conversion), the handling of several campaigns, and our policy for future updates.

  • Introduction

This is Ikeda, Director of “CoinMusme Dream Race!”. Approximately six months have elapsed since service launch. We are reviewing operational policies and refining game specifications. To communicate the reasons and intentions behind these changes in a careful, transparent manner, we will continue issuing “Director’s Letters.” In this installment, we explain our approach to emergency maintenance, the temporary grace period before conversion of MSM, the treatment of multiple campaigns (including those tied to the LINE messaging app release), and our future update policy.

  • Regarding Multiple Emergency Maintenances

Since August, there were several intervals in which the game was unplayable due to emergency maintenance. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this caused. Following major in‑game updates, we detected critical bugs and executed emergency measures to protect safety and fairness for all players. To prevent recurrence, we are strengthening risk assessment at the specification‑planning stage, reviewing development processes, and reinforcing testing and debugging. These improvements aim to make responses more predictable while preserving the integrity of competition.

  • Regarding Withdrawal Restrictions (Grace Period Until MSM Conversion)

Beginning with the maintenance conducted on September 16, we introduced a 10‑day grace period from MSM ticket to MSM conversion. Here “MSM” refers to the in‑game currency “MSM,” and “conversion” refers to the process by which an MSM ticket becomes MSM that can ultimately be used toward cash conversion or similar withdrawal actions. This temporary measure is an anti‑fraud policy designed to keep operations healthy and fair, and to protect the value of MSM. We recognize that this imposes inconvenience on players who engage in normal play. Nonetheless, we ask for your understanding as we work to safeguard proper operations and maintain a stable economy.

  • Regarding Various LINE Version Release Campaigns

We apologize for the post‑hoc changes to the rewards and rules of the invitation campaign related to the release on the LINE messaging app. We observed users across the ranking spectrum who appeared to have artificially inflated invitation counts, which made fair ranking operations difficult. To avoid a situation where only undetected misconduct would be rewarded, we abolished the ranking system and changed the method to “granting Musme Gacha Tickets according to each player’s number of valid invitations.”

Separately, the campaign that grants MSM based on the number of times “Kaia” was obtained via gacha (gacha = randomized draw) has completed its tallying. Because we are excluding accounts determined to be fraudulent, additional time is required before distributing MSM. We will provide another announcement as soon as a concrete distribution timeline is finalized.

  • Future Update Policies

As discussed in public “Ask Me Anything” sessions and other forums, we plan to strengthen race presentation to enhance immersion, excitement, and the perceived value of the racing experience. We are evaluating visual and audio expressions that improve viewing engagement and are moving forward with implementation studies. In parallel, we will pursue cross‑cutting initiatives that span both in‑game and external activities, such as expanding streaming and broadcast projects and adding new idols. We will share specific content and schedules as development milestones become clear.

  • Conclusion

We will continue improving core gameplay while also strengthening new‑user acquisition measures so that more people can enjoy “CoinMusme.” A broader user base contributes to a healthier operation and supports long‑term development. We appreciate your continued support for “CoinMusme Dream Race!”.
